She is a multifaceted wellness leader, curator, and community builder. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and brings over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and five years of teaching yoga.

Her true passion lies in creating spaces for healing, growth, and connection. Through Soul Therapy Studios and her work with wellness leaders, Jessica has been redefining what it means to gather in community—building containers where teachers and students alike can explore, heal, and expand beyond the traditional studio model.

Jessica is known for her ability to curate meaningful experiences and execute them with precision, allowing visions to come alive and communities to flourish. Her favorite moments are found quietly in the back of the room, watching strangers become connected, witnessing the transformation of individuals opening up and fully expressing themselves.

Her work extends globally through wellness retreats that she has designed and led across the world. These retreats are intentionally built around transformation—an invitation to step out of daily routines and into a state of change. Because Jessica creates structures of discipline for her communities—practices rooted in showing up consistently, week after week—her retreats often become celebratory moments, honoring the completion of a cycle. They mark the integration of the work that has been done, while opening a door to what is possible moving forward.

Her mission is to hold space for leaders in wellness to rest, heal, and redefine their path—while giving students opportunities to deepen their knowledge and stay endlessly curious about what’s possible for them.
