Pilates Teacher Training – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Soul Therapy Studios Pilates Teacher Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your enrollment.

1. Certification Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, students must:

  • Attend all six days of training in full

  • Participate in all required teaching labs, practice sessions, and assessments

  • Demonstrate understanding of the material and meet the standards set by the lead instructor

Partial attendance will result in ineligibility for certification.

2. Prerequisite Requirement

All participants must complete a minimum of 20 classical Pilates classes prior to the start of training. These may be in-person or virtual, but must reflect the classical mat Pilates method.

Failure to meet this requirement may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Payment Policy

  • All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable

  • Registration is confirmed only once payment is received

  • Payment plans are available; failure to complete a payment plan by the deadline will result in loss of access to the training

  • If you choose to defer to a future training, a $100 transfer fee will apply (if approved)

4. Cancellation + Transfer Policy

Soul Therapy Studios does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or travel issues.

If a student cannot attend, they may request a one-time transfer to a future training date, subject to:

  • Approval by Soul Therapy Studios

  • A $100 transfer fee

  • Space availability in the future cohort

If the student cannot attend the rescheduled training, no refund or additional transfer will be offered.

5. Studio Policies

  • Training will be held at Soul Therapy Studios, 430 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may impact your certification eligibility.

  • Dress comfortably and bring your own mat, water bottle, and notebook unless otherwise instructed

  • Recording of the training is not permitted without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, sequencing, and curriculum presented in the training are the intellectual property of Jungle Johanna and Soul Therapy Studios. Reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group environment may result in removal from the training without refund.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the training. You release Soul Therapy Studios, Jungle Johanna, and all staff from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages that may arise during the program.

9. Communication

You will be added to a private WhatsApp group for important updates and community connection. You agree to use this platform respectfully and for training-related communication only.

10. Agreement

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
