Program Foundations

You do not need to have every detail figured out before joining. However, the participants who get the most value from this program typically begin with a strong foundation.

Before the cohort begins, we encourage you to consider the following:

Have a Retreat Idea Worth Exploring

You do not need a fully developed retreat plan, but you should have a general direction for the experience you want to create.

Know Who You Serve

The strongest retreats are built for a specific audience.

Before the program begins, spend time identifying:

  • Your ideal guest

  • Their goals and challenges

  • Why they would choose your retreat over other opportunities

Create a Way to Communicate With Your Community

A retreat can only be successful if people know it exists.

While an email list is not required, we strongly encourage participants to begin building a direct connection with their audience.

Be Ready to Take Action

Participants will leave with a completed retreat plan, pricing strategy, marketing framework, and launch roadmap. The more willing you are to take action throughout the eight weeks, the more momentum you will build toward hosting your retreat.

Upstate New York
