As the seasons shift, we invite you to honor the Fall Equinox with an evening of ritual and renewal. In collaboration with Pholk Beauty, this special class combines skincare and soul care to help you transition with intention.
We’ll begin with a guided herbal facial steam from 6:00 pm-6:30 pm crafted with Pholk’s botanicals, designed to cleanse, hydrate, and awaken your skin. This sensory ritual will prepare you to settle into a yin yoga practice, where long, grounding postures invite stillness, balance, and transformation—mirroring the harmony of equal night and day.
This one-night offering is an opportunity to reset, reflect, and embrace the season of change.
