Soul Therapy this season is an invitation to step into the garden we’ve been cultivating together. We are opening our doors to new teachers and students, welcoming you into a sacred space where varied practices meet deeper connection.

With more opportunities to move, breathe, and reflect, this is a season to expand your practice and discover new layers of yourself. Whether you are returning or arriving for the first time, we are so excited to welcome you in.

We encourage you to bring your own practice mat — while we do have mats available, there is something truly special about moving on your personal mat, carrying your energy and intention with you.

Soul Therapy Yin - Jessica


Ease into your week with a grounding Yin Yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and soften the body. This class is ideal for all levels—whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Expect long-held, supported poses, guided meditations, and gentle breathwork that help release stored tension and emotional fatigue. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, clear, and ready for the best sleep of your life. Japa meditation and soft soundscapes support your inner stillness.

Ashtanga Embodied - Yasmin


Ashtanga Embodied weaves the discipline of Ashtanga with an intuitive approach to movement. As both a runner and yogi, Yasmin creates practices that reflect her own evolution — returning back to self, building resilience, and moving with intention. Each class balances challenge and restoration, offering a supportive space to grow stronger in body and mind.

Echos of Stillness - Buddha Banji


This midweek sonotherapy session is an invitation to soften, release, and tune into stillness. Newark-raised sound healer Buddha Banji blends instruments and vibrations to guide you into deep states of calm while also honoring the rhythm and duality of life. The experience is grounding yet expansive, restoring balance for both body and spirit.

Soul Therapy Session - Jessica


This dynamic Vinyasa class builds strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Each sequence is thoughtfully designed to challenge and support you, no matter your experience level. Beginners are welcomed with care, and advanced students are offered deeper variations to explore. Expect creative flows, uplifting music (yes, John Mayer makes a cameo), and Japa meditation to open and close. You'll leave class feeling empowered, grounded, and alive.

Our Saturday Vinyasa class is your invitation to drop into presence and move energy through the body. With a balance of strength-building and soulful release, this class creates space for joy, connection, and embodied awareness. All levels are welcome. We open and close each practice with breath, mantra, and intention—anchoring you into the flow of your life with more ease and calm.

Functional Flow - James


James leads a dynamic Functional Flow designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and mind. He teaches in three-week cycles, allowing students to gradually build strength, awareness, and confidence in their practice. With training in vinyasa, restorative yoga, sound bowl healing, and functional movement, James blends breathwork and meditation into sequences that meet each student where they are. Expect to leave grounded, open, and deeply connected.
