This is a high-energy strength class designed to raise your heart rate while building real, usable strength. Expect intentional movements that challenge your body without rushing past form or fundamentals.
The focus is simple. Learn how to move with strength, control, and confidence. You will work through foundational patterns that support long-term strength development, injury prevention, and better performance in everything else you do, inside and outside the studio.
You should leave feeling worked, capable, and clear on how strength is developed, not just exhausted.
This is a one-day offering. If there is strong interest and attendance, this class will be considered for the regular schedule.
