Handle With Care: Conversation
Handle With Care: In Conversation is a guided group gathering focused on how we relate to ourselves and to others as we enter a new year.
This is not a workshop or a discussion panel. It is a facilitated conversation built on presence, listening, and shared responsibility. Participants will sit in a circle and move through prompts that invite reflection, acknowledgment, and dialogue.
This gathering is supportive but not therapeutic. It is not intended for advice-giving, fixing, or replacing professional mental health support. Participants should feel able to self-regulate and engage respectfully in a shared group setting.
Strength Foundations
TRIAL CLASS. This is a high-energy strength class designed to raise your heart rate while building real, usable strength. Expect intentional movements that challenge your body without rushing past form or fundamentals.
The focus is simple. Learn how to move with strength, control, and confidence. You will work through foundational patterns that support long-term strength development, injury prevention, and better performance in everything else you do, inside and outside the studio.
Reading Rhythms x Soul Therapy Studios
An evening of light movement followed by quiet, communal reading. This is a space to move gently, settle your nervous system, and then read alongside others in shared presence.
The Year Ahead, 2026
Participants will create and bind their personal 2026 volume during a guided, three to four hour binding process. Each book is part of a numbered edition (Volumes I–X), assigned by order of confirmation. This edition will not be reproduced.
The Art of Receiving: Sound Therapy
Following the release of our January playlist, this evening brings the practice into the room. Sound Therapy is not about transcendence or emotional catharsis. It is about regulation, presence, and creating the conditions to be met by sensation rather than overriding it.
Through live sound, vibration, and silence, the body is given space to soften its grip. There is nothing to solve, interpret, or perform. The work is subtle and physical. To lie down. To breathe. To notice how sound moves through you when you stop directing it.
This is a continuation of our 2026 theme, Handle With Care.
A reminder that how you begin matters.
And that learning to receive starts with learning to pause.
Come as you are. Leave with nothing added. Just more room.
