April Small Group Training | Jersey City
This is a four-week small group training series designed to build strength, improve movement quality, and increase endurance through intentional, coached sessions.
We meet once a week on:
April 1, 8, 15, and 22 at 6:00 PM
Each session runs 45–50 minutes.
This is not a general fitness class. This is small group coaching led at a personal training standard.
You’ll train using kettlebells, bodyweight strength, and run-based conditioning. Every session is structured to challenge your strength while reinforcing proper movement patterns. You won’t be rushed through reps or left guessing. Your form, positioning, and effort will be coached in real time.
Over the four weeks, you will:
Build strength in foundational movements like squatting and hinging
Improve core stability, including plank work and control
Increase endurance through structured conditioning and running
Develop a clearer understanding of how your body moves and where to improve
Location (Jersey City):
Sessions will be held at Berry Lane Park when weather allows, or indoors at 430 Communipaw. Final location will be confirmed the day of.
Group Size:
Limited to 8 participants to maintain coaching quality and individualized attention.
